12 MONTH INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

All our phones come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty included in the standard price. This is serviced through our repair network in Hong Kong.

Our excellent repair team can often repair problems on the day of receipt, minimising the time you are without your handset and returning it to you as soon as possible. All you need to do is send the phone to us (at your expense) and we will handle the rest.

As well as the obvious benefits of having 12 month warranty, Smooth Mobiles also provides the huge benefit of letting you know where your phone is at all times, and how long it will take to repair.

So you can always call to get a status report and discover how long you might be without your handset. And that’s a lot better than dealing with a major manufacturer, who will forward the handset to a third party repairer and leave you with no idea of where your phone is, or who is responsible for it, or even which country it’s in!
