DELIVERY POLICY

Smooth Mobiles offers a great $29 Courier Service to almost any destination in Australia. Items generally ship within 2 days, often the same day an order is placed.

Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking number which is given at the time the package leaves our warehouse. You can then track your order all the way to your door using the tracking number and online tracking portal information, sent out to you within the shipment email.

Our standard delivery times are highlighted below. Product inventory listings are updated on the site twice weekly, however in the event of an ordered item being currently unavailable, we aim to notify you within 48 hours to arrange either an alternative item, a backorder, or full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that the times provided are the norm but cannot be guaranteed. The times quoted below are typical times for major or smaller urban areas. Note that rural areas will typically add another 2-3 days onto these times quoted below.

Sydney - Up to 2 business days

Other Capital Cities - Up to 3 business days

Regional Towns/Cities - Up to 5 business days

Other Regional Areas - Up to 7 business days

GST & CUSTOMS DUTIES

For orders under a AUD 1000, there is no GST or customs duties to be applied. Please be aware that any duties/levies charged by customs is payable by the customer and not by SmoothMobiles. In this situation, a representative from either customs of the courier company will contact the customer directly to take payment.

If you are an ABN holder, you will be able to claim these charges back through your BAS. You should request a receipt for your records from that body which takes the charge (generally will be the courier) and take advice from your account on the procudure for making this claim back through BAS.
